JigSaw Reader-940 The NuVision Networks 940 JigSaw card reader is ruggedly designed for the harsh environment found within the retail food industry. Serving as a debit/credit device it also provides functionality for a wide variety of applications such as attendance, privilege, POS, status verification, and other functions. The 940 JigSaw readers communicate to the iAMECS Advanced One Card System using TCP/IP communication across the network backbone. Communication is fast, at a maximum of 200 transactions per second with out imposing a strain on bandwidth. The 940 JigSaw reader is fully encrypted using AES 256-bit Encryption. This is the strongest encryption available in the industry. In addition, all packets are protected using our unique Packet-Protection configuration, Packet-LOK. Combined, these two features provide the strongest and most secure transaction protection in the industry.
